Order Processing

At Genuine 3D Printing, all orders are custom-made and processed in the order they are received. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping within the United States with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS. The shipping method (First Class, Priority, or other USPS services) will be determined based on the size and weight of your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@genuine3dprinting.com with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, reach out to our support team.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Genuine 3D Printing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
